Handling of older media has its own inherent risks of damage due to age of the media, and Harvested Memories will take precautions to protect said media, but Harvested Memories is not responsible for any loss of data or damage that may occur during the digitization process.
If copyrighted material is determined by Harvested Memories, these items will not be processed and returned back to the customer. Videotapes of TV programs are considered copyright material and cannot be transferred. Any photos or negatives with explicit copyright information on them will not be scanned. All copyrighted material must come with waiver from copyright owner.
